Today I read an article on Vogue.com about the new Paris label everyone is talking about Atto. Run by designer Julien Dossena, alongside Lion Blau and Florent Buonomano, all three designers use to work together at Balenciaga under Nicholas Ghesquiere.
Atto is influenced by the French 60s and Japanese minimalism, it features a little of the Japanese wrapping technique, enveloping the body. While still remaining modern with the use of structural fabrics and crisp, precise cuts.
I am really excited to see this label develop, if this debut is any inclination of what is to come, then they will do great things.
