Currently based in Maastricht, German Menswear designer Brian Geradts was selected for the prestigious Lichting 2012. His current collection is called, "You see the overall of what we are" and is inspired by volcanic eruptions.
Reflected in high-necked collars, high-waisted trousers and constricted coats. Black and dark green shades evoke oppressive and threatening feelings, while white and orange portray the fume and lava. His distinct digital prints adopt the sense of eruption.
