I expect you are all keen followers of the website 1 Granary ran by the students of Central Saint Martins. I find the articles really informative. It's exciting to see different artists embrace their creative process, it is the hardest thing to convey.

Just had my morning splurge and had to share the work of Lucy Frances Offen. I particularly like her illustrations and portrayal of texture and embellishment. The designers initial research began with the holographic portrait of the Queen by Chris Levine as well as botanical imagery used throughout royal portraits. The collection was sponsored by Swarovski, whom we know are huge supporters of exceptional talent among graduates and artists.
Lucy has now graduated and is apparently taking it easy...just for a while to recover from the last year of her course, described as intense. I think she'll be snapped up but a big luxury house, Prada, Miu Miu who knows. There's a great article on the website, check it out HERE:
