My Picks - Jil Sander Fall 14 RTW
Although Jil Sander has departed from her eponymous label, this collection demonstrated the superb quality and acute attention to garment construction which defines the brand.

My Picks - Marni Fall 14 RTW
A confident collection presented itself under the creative direction of Consuelo Castiglioni this season. Exaggerated proportions, sports couture and cocooned outerwear were all powerfully executed.

Overview Street Style Fall 14
This seasons shows have flown by as we near the end in Pari Pari. I am still in the process of reviewing them and will get back to you shortly. In the meantime I have gathered some of my favourite street style looks. Garments worn with ease, as layering tools creating varied proportions and silhouettes. Why over complicate when you have this sense of natural style?

My Picks - Pringle Of Scotland Fall 14 RTW
Pringle chose a beautiful venue for their Fall presentation held at the impressive Savile Club. This collection focused on current key trends such as colour blocking, soft cocoon forms and tiered layering.

My Picks - J.W. Anderson Fall 14 RTW
Making corduroy chic is no mean feat, but J W Anderson has achieved just that. The organic fabrics used for his Fall collection have been contorted, cut on the bias and bonded creating elongated and sculptural silhouettes. Within this collection I felt there were more wearable pieces although there is still a strong sense of experimentation.

My Picks - J JS Lee Fall 14 RTW
Hey guys I hope you had a good weekend. I've been away on a short business trip to NYC. Luckily I missed the storm, and the sun graced us. I stayed in the East village one of my favourite areas full of independent boutiques and eateries.
Now I need to fully review London and Milan fashion week before Paris begins.
Let me begin with 'My Picks' from London fashion week, first up J JS Lee.
I have posted about Jackie Lee previously, each season her collections are expanding since her graduation from CSM.
This fall she has presented a sophisticated, luxe range with specially developed plaids and tartans. There is still a sense of innocence within her garments, the palette is organic infusing neutral tones with earthy browns and evergreens, set against ink and cobalt blues.

My Picks - Proenza Schouler Fall 14 RTW
This collection speaks for itself, its full of energy and vibrance. The complexed fabric development is evident. As always its a collection you automatically want to touch and investigate in real life, or is that just the geek in me? I admire this design duo.

My Picks - EDUN Fall 14 RTW
Cozy comforts, just what we need with this inclement weather we are suffering. This is Creative Director Danielle Sherman's second collection at EDUN and her signature style is evident with her perfect balance of luxury and ease. Collective textures and weaves are compiled to create slouchy silhouettes, which are subtly accessorised.
